CINDY D'UNIENVILLE

Art therapist

After studying applied arts and theater, I qualified as an art therapist at the University of Medicine in Poitiers, France. My approach is integrative, with a preference for cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT), based on the latest research in scientific psychology. I completed my training as an art therapist with CBT training at IFFORTHECC.

I offer individual art therapy sessions as well as group workshops for the general public. I also work with companies and NGOs to set up one-off or regular workshops.

In the case of individual treatment, the first session we introduce ourselves and discuss the reason for your presence. We also define therapeutic objectives together. During the follow-up, we regularly review objectives and discuss your feelings.

In art therapy, for example, we can work on self-esteem, anxiety, grief, trauma and personal growth. My CBT approach is also ideal for treating depression, self-confidence, phobias and addictions.

I offer a wide range of media (painting, theater, writing, modeling, plastic arts, etc.) adapted to your needs and interests. If necessary, exercises to be completed in your daily life can also be added.

As for group workshops, they focus on a specific theme, announced in advance in the New Born communication. They are ideal for developing your creativity, meeting new people and discovering yourself in an original way.
