danse therapie

Dance therapy is a way of expressing our emotions, both conscious and unconscious, in ways other than words. It differs from a traditional dance class because the emphasis is on the feelings experienced during the experience and not on the final result.

Its benefits: Free from codes or judgments, it offers total freedom to assert oneself and express oneself. It invites us to discover our body, its strengths, weaknesses, and learn to accept them. It encourages letting go, self-esteem enhancement, and also stimulates the secretion of feel-good hormones

Drama is a medium that allows for the expression of emotions that are difficult to externalize and understand within a neutral and supportive environment. Theater therapy involves a transformation of oneself by mobilizing the body and vocal expression. Representing one's personal story through the interpretation of a character is an opportunity for the participant to better understand themselves and distance themselves from what is holding them back. It is a first step towards well-being.

Its benefits: Theater teaches us to listen to our different emotional states and those of others. It also allows us to develop our empathy and creativity. It teaches us to confront our fears, face the gaze of others, and let go. It is a great tool for improving self-confidence and working on our emotions.

Nature promotes diversity of experiences and emotions. It also facilitates the creation of connections between the professional, the beneficiary, and the environment, offering a space where the feeling of freedom can grow.

Its benefits: Nature provides a sense of calm and natural sensory stimuli, increases energy and can prevent burnout, improves social relationships, and strengthens the sense of belonging to the community.

animal therapy

Animal-assisted therapy is the search for positive interactions resulting from intentional relationships between humans and animals in the educational, social, therapeutic, and research fields.

Its benefits: Animals facilitate connection and relationship with others. They are mediators seeking interaction. They approach others without judgment, intention, or verbal communication. They are spontaneous, stimulating, awakening, and comforting in a natural way. They allow for sharing and an authentic relationship. Animals instinctively react to the actions and energies of each individual, making it easier to read and understand the emotions, state of mind, and difficulties of those around them.
